REQUEST TO DELETE AN ACCOUNT
YES BOSS LUXURY CAR TRANSPORT APP


This document describes the User’s right and procedure to delete an account on the YES BOSS LUXURY CAR TRANSPORT digital platform (the “Platform”), in compliance with applicable data protection laws and the requirements of Apple App Store and Google Play.

This document forms an integral part of the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Offer, Cookie Policy, Risk Statement, and other governing documents of the Platform.

1. User Right to Delete an Account

The User has the right to request deletion of their account at any time.

The Company does not require the User to create a new account, install additional software, or perform unreasonable actions in order to delete an account.

Account deletion is available directly within the mobile application or via email as described below.

2. How to Request Account Deletion

The User may submit a request to delete an account using one of the following methods:

  • through the account settings section of the mobile application; or
  • by sending an email request to manager@yesboss.ae.

The request must be submitted by the User associated with the account.

3. Identity Verification

To protect Users from unauthorized or fraudulent deletion requests, the Company verifies the User’s identity.

For verification purposes, the User must provide the mobile phone number linked to the account.
No excessive or unnecessary personal data is required for account deletion.

4. Data Deleted Upon Account Deletion

Upon successful processing of the request, the Company will:

  • permanently delete the User account and disable all access to the Platform;
  • delete or irreversibly anonymize the User’s personal data;
  • delete stored payment information, where applicable and technically feasible.

5. Data Retained for Legal Purposes

Certain data may be retained after account deletion solely where required or permitted by applicable law, including:

  • accounting and tax compliance under the laws of the United Arab Emirates;
  • AML, KYC, and regulatory compliance obligations;
  • fraud prevention, security, and dispute resolution.

Such retained data:

  • is stored securely;
  • is not used for marketing or analytics;
  • is processed only for legally required purposes.

6. Processing Time

The Company will complete account deletion within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of a valid request.

If additional time is required due to legal or regulatory obligations, the User will be informed accordingly.

7. Effect of Account Deletion

Once an account is deleted:

  • access to the Platform and its services is permanently terminated;
  • account data, transaction history, and settings cannot be restored;
  • the User must create a new account to use the Platform again.

The User acknowledges and accepts these consequences prior to submitting a deletion request.

8. Limitations and Temporary Refusal

Account deletion may be postponed or partially restricted if:

  • there are outstanding legal, financial, or contractual obligations;
  • data retention is required by law or regulatory authorities;
  • there is an ongoing investigation, dispute, or enforcement action.

In such cases, deletion will be completed once the relevant grounds cease to exist.

9. Transparency and Compliance

The Company processes personal data in accordance with:

  • its Privacy Policy;
  • applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates;
  • Apple App Store Review Guidelines;
  • Google Play User Data and Data Safety requirements.

10. Governing Law

This document shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
